All online orders are placed through the sales department of Pdp Digital Inc.
Customers who wish to buy on line are required to register an account.
Standard payment is made through credit card. Customers wishing to pay by another means can have alternative payment details send to them through email or fax. As we wish all our customers to be fully satfied with the goods provided, we give our customers the right to cancel & return the purchased goods up to 7 days from date of delivery. Customers wishing to return goods should advise our office before return shipping, which will be at the customers expense.

The company, PDP Digital Inc., agrees to fully refund the cost of goods ordered,
minus the cost of shipping. The responsibility for the risks of loss or damage of returned products falls to the purchaser in respect to return delivery. Any other complaints concerning lost, damaged or incomplete goods need to adressed to Pdp Digital Inc within 48 hours of delivery. The purchaser agrees that any order made involves full agreement to the terms & conditions stated above without exception or reserve.
